Shipping & Delivery
LSRF is a Dutch company. We are based near Amsterdam where the design of the apparel takes place. However, all items will be shipped from another location nearby. We kindly ask you to pay through the suggested methods (i.e. Ideal or Paypal) so our fulfillment company can process it right away. Payments made directly to our bank account are not noticed by this company so your order will not come trough. If you have trouble paying with the suggested methods, we advice you to contact us by mail first, so we can arrange a direct method and inform our fulfillment company. Contact us at [email protected]
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, preferably within two working days. All orders have tracking information so you can plan your first ride in your new clothing.
Shipping within the Netherlands
Shipping costs within within the Netherlands are € 6,- We offer free shipping service above a basket value of €200,-
The estimated delivery times are on the order of 1-2 business days.
Shipping within Europe
Shipping costs within Europe are € 10,- We offer free shipping service above a basket value of €250,-
The estimated delivery times are on the order of 4-6 business days.
Shipping outside of Europe
Shipping costs worldwide, outside of Europe are € 20,- We offer free shipping service above a basket value of € 300,-
The estimated delivery times are on the order of 8-12 business days. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
LSRF sometimes offers the possibility of pre-ordering items. When you decide to pre-order an item, the item must be paid for at checkout including shipping costs. The estimated delivery time is mentioned at the order check-out and applies to the production time needed. It does not yet include the shipping time between the moment it leaves the LSRF warehouse and the arrival at the customer's address.
Customs, taxes and duties
All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer’s responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import. LSRF has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.
LSRF will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our mancave or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
