We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 14 days after delivery took place. Returned shipments are on customer account. We will issue a refund less the cost of reshipping if you return the whole order. If only a part of the order is returned, we will just issue a refund. Goods must be returned “as-new” in the condition they were send and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original packaging and tags. If you wish to purchase a different size or color, we advise you to place a new order, as some items may go quickly.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. Please fill in the details on the return card inside the package. You can also find the return address on that card. Returns from outside of the Netherlands can be returned to us via a local carrier. We recommend using a carrier that can track and insure your package as LSRF cannot be responsible for lost items.

Because of the exclusivity of our collection, we cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; a refund will be issued for the items returned and you can place a new order for the desired item or size.
